Tom Beach

Prior to Top Tier, he served for more than 15 years as a senior officer in the U.S. Intelligence Community and was recognized as an expert in foreign supply chains and dual-use technologies with extensive experience in the fields of counterproliferation and counternarcotics. Prior to joining the U.S. Government, Tom worked for 10 years in the financial industry as an investment banker, private equity investor, and venture capitalist, including a stint with Top Tier's predecessor. He graduated from Princeton University and earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern. Tom lives in the Washington, D.C. area with his wife, two daughters, and awesome Welsh Corgi. He is a retired soccer and lacrosse player and now encourages and often coaches his girls. Tom enjoys the outdoors, adventure travel, reading (primarily history and science), acoustic guitar, foreign languages, and posing as an amateur movie critic (1,650 films and counting).
