Tom Beach

Prior to joining TTCP in 2023, Tom was a senior officer in the U.S. Intelligence Community for fifteen-plus years and was recognized as an expert in foreign supply chains and dual-use technologies with extensive experience in the fields of counterproliferation and counternarcotics. Before he joined the U.S. Government, Tom built a decade of experience in the financial industry as an investment banker, private equity investor, and venture capitalist - including a stint with TTCP's predecessor, Paul Capital. Tom holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern. He lives in the Washington, D.C. area with his wife and two daughters. Tom is a retired soccer and lacrosse player but remains active in coaching and encouraging his girls. Tom enjoys the outdoors, adventure travel, reading (primarily history and science), acoustic guitar, foreign languages, and posing as an amateur movie critic (1,650 films and counting).
