We believe the management of ESG matters is a critical part of ensuring the long-term success of the emerging companies and entrepreneurs we support. We also recognize the role we play and impact we can provide in the greater world and to the communities in which we operate.
Doing our part to give back.
At Top Tier, we know the importance of giving back. We would not be here without our community, and it’s our responsibility to keep that community strong and healthy. During COVID-19, we pledged to donate our office expense savings to charitable organizations chosen by the TTCP team. In addition, we continue to partner with charitable organizations like New Door Ventures, Bay Area Deputy Sheriff’s Charitable Foundation and Venture Forward.

Since 2009, our Team has invested over $600M and partnered with over 55 venture-backed companies through preferred equity investments and secondaries. We take a flexible approach of leading or participating in mid-stage and growth-stage financing rounds. In addition, we purchase shares directly from early employees and management teams looking for liquidity. We strive to help management teams focus on execution and to act as a partner to shareholders.
