Jessica Archibald
General Partner
Jessica is a General Partner and member of the Investment Committee at Top Tier Capital Partners (TTCP). She has twenty-plus years of industry knowledge and established the Investment Team’s unique data analytics strategies – leveraging data to optimize portfolio construction - enhancing risk-adjusted returns for TTCP’s investors.
Prior to joining TTCP’s predecessor firm Paul Capital in 2005, Jessica was part of the Investment Team at Care Capital LLC, a venture capital firm specializing in biotechnology. Before that, she spent five years at Salomon Smith Barney.
Jessica holds a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from Connecticut College and remains involved with her alma mater, serving as a member of the Connecticut College Board of Trustees. While in school, she was a Varsity Crew member and remains a competitive rower. Jessica earned an M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business. During her attendance at NYU, she was a member of the New York Athletic Club and a nine-time national rowing champion.
Jessica enjoys traveling, rowing, and photography. She actively supports Team IMPACT - an organization that helps young children with chronic illnesses - and Connecticut College Rowing.
