Michelle Dhansinghani

Prior to TCCP, she worked at Primary Venture Partners, Laconia Capital, TypeOne Ventures, and Citrine Angels. She founded and scaled Elan Strategies, a business development firm raising capital for private sector investments, political campaigns, and national non-profits that she expanded into Mexico, Paraguay, and Peru.

Michelle co-founded VC Unleashed, a community focused on increasing the number of BIPOC MBA investors in venture capital that has now trained over 1,200 emerging investors. She is also a Tory Burch Foundation Fellow.

Michelle holds her M.B.A. from Columbia Business School as a Robert A. Toigo Fellow and Laidlaw Foundation Fellow and a B.A. in International Relations and Global studies from the University of Texas at Austin.

Michelle enjoys trying new things and recently accomplished a lifelong dream of performing stand up in New York City. She also loves spending time in nature and has hiked the Machu Picchu trail.
