Marcus Detry
Head of Platform
Marcus is the Head of Platform at Top Tier Capital Partners. He supports the Velocity program’s portfolio companies, leveraging Top Tier's vast array of assets as well as his experience as a founder and operator. Prior to joining Top Tier, Marcus ran the commercialization of the software platform for EV Connect, a leader in EV charging network software.
He has significant experience in developing and executing revenue strategies for early-stage companies. He holds an MBA from Cornell University, and a BS in finance from Clemson University.
Marcus lives in Miami with his wife, daughter, and two rescue dogs (Pancake and Churro). In his spare time, he enjoys diving, paddleboarding, working out, and traveling. His favorite food is ceviche.
