Promit Bhattacharya

Prior to joining Top Tier, Promit was a Partner at Frame; advising leadership teams and investors on business strategy, focused on talent and finance. Previously, he was a Partner and CFO at West, a venture fund and design studio, where he established the finance function and helped raise West’s first venture fund. Prior to West, Promit led finance and operations at multi-billion-dollar funds with diverse investment strategies, including SVB Capital, WestBridge Capital, and Hall Capital Partners. He began his career in the Audit practice of Deloitte and was a Senior Manager in the Transaction Advisory practice at Ernst & Young, advising mid-market private equity investors. Promit holds a B.A.in economics and a Master of Accounting from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and is a CPA (currently inactive). He is on the board and the finance committee of the Headlands Center for the Arts. In his spare time, Promit enjoys traveling, cheering on his favorite Wolverines, and sharing financial advice with friends and family, over a meal and great bottle of wine.
