Ben Challgren

Before joining Top Tier, Ben was an intern with Ernst & Young and Hillenbrand, Inc. He has a B.S. in economics with a concentration in strategic management from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and holds a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation. While at UPenn, Ben was a member of the varsity football team where he met his wife, Noel, a fellow athlete on the track and field team. He thinks he can still beat her in a race, the rest of us are not so sure. They have a young baby girl who is currently the Managing Director at home. In their spare time, you can find them playing video games and sharing Ben’s longtime hobby of archery. His favorite foods are sushi and hotpot - the spicier, the better.
