Legal and Compliance Manager
Nick is a Legal and Compliance Manager at Top Tier Capital Partners (TTCP). He has over a decade of experience and manages the day-to-day legal, regulatory, and compliance matters across the firm.
Prior to joining TTCP in 2026, Nick was the Legal and Investment Operations Manager at a single-family office in San Francisco. He’s also held Corporate Paralegal roles at Silicon Legal Strategy and Perkins Coie, where he specialized in emerging companies and venture capital, and at Atrium, a venture-backed legal tech startup. Nick holds a B.A. in Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley. Outside of the office, he enjoys snowboarding, practicing yoga, going for high scores in pinball, and attending K-Pop concerts.
