Roger Deming
Head of Legal & Compliance
Roger Deming is the Head of Legal & Compliance at TTCP. He has fifteen-plus years of experience and oversees legal, regulatory, and compliance matters across the firm’s investment platform.
Prior to joining TTCP in 2026, Roger held senior legal roles at Securitize, Cohen & Steers, and Greystar. He began his career practicing at Ropes & Gray and Shearman & Sterling in New York City, with a focus on private fund formations and related regulatory work. Roger holds a J.D. from UCLA School of Law and a B.A. from American University. He enjoys traveling with his family, enjoying long hours of playing in the pool and fetch with his dog, and is constantly on the lookout for new food and wine experiences.
