Kaitlyn Chen
Accounting Manager
Kaitlyn is an Accounting Manager at Top Tier Capital Partners (TTCP). She manages the day-to-day accounting and reporting functions for the firm’s management company.
Prior to joining TTCP in 2026, Kaitlyn worked at Origin Investments - a Chicago-based real estate private equity firm, where she led the firm’s management accounting function. Additional experience includes CoinFlip, and RSM. Kaitlyn is a licensed CPA and holds a B.A. in Accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University, where she was a member of the women’s soccer team, and an MBA from the University of Hartford. She enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and experiencing different cultures.
