Braden Paloutzian
Senior Accounting Associate
Braden is a Senior Accounting Associate at Top Tier Capital Partners (TTCP). He is focused on the day-to-day accounting and reporting functions for the Firm’s funds.
Prior to joining TTCP in 2026, Braden was an auditor at Frank, Rimerman + Co. where he specialized in the audit of venture capital funds. Braden's previous clients ranged from boutique venture funds to multi-billion-dollar institutional fund groups.
Braden holds a B.S. in Economics and Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara, a certification from UCSB's Strategic Investments Program, and is a CPA.
Braden is originally from San Diego and misses the Mexican food most of all. He enjoys listening to music, watching sports, trying new restaurants, and is an avid hiker – often exploring different trails throughout the Bay Area.
