Alexandra Melnik

Alexandra is a Senior Associate Top Tier Capital Partners (TTCP). She focuses on the coordination and execution of the Firm’s legal and governance, regulatory compliance, and investment activities.
Prior to joining TTCP in 2025, Alexandra was a Paralegal at BlackRock, where she supported the formation and maintenance of collective investment fund products for institutional clients and a Paralegal for venture capital fund formation at Cooley LLP.
Alexandra holds a B.A. in Political Science and International Studies with a concentration in Management from Pepperdine University.
She enjoys rock climbing, spending time with friends, discovering new restaurants, and hot pilates.
