Alexandra Melnik
Senior Associate, Legal
Alexandra joined Top Tier Capital Partners (TTCP) in 2025 as a Senior Associate on the Legal & Compliance Team. She supports legal and operational work, driving cross-functional projects and ensuring alignment with team and firm-wide goals.
Prior to joining TTCP, she was a paralegal at BlackRock, where she supported the formation and maintenance of collective investment fund products for institutional clients. Before that, she worked on venture capital fund formation at Cooley LLP.
Alexandra holds a B.A. in Political Science and International Studies with a concentration in Management from Pepperdine University. Outside of work, she enjoys rock climbing, spending time with friends, discovering new restaurants, and hot pilates.
