Noor Nijjer
Vice President
Noor joined Top Tier in 2021 as Manager of Investor Relations. Now, as Vice President, she is responsible for managing the design and production of the firm's marketing, fundraising and due diligence materials, and the firm's public communications.
Prior to joining Top Tier, she was a part of the finance team at Audax Group, an alternative investment manager specializing in private equity and private debt. At Audax, she was responsible for providing fund and business level financial analysis to the deal and investor relations teams. Before that she spent five years at Deloitte and Ernst & Young.
Noor graduated from the University of California at Santa Cruz with a B.A. in business management economics. She also earned a Masters in Finance with a concentration in corporate finance from the University of Illinois - Urbana-Champaign.
Noor has a three-year old Labrador retriever named Cooper. She plays golf, tennis, goes on hikes with Cooper, writes prose and dabbles in acrylic.
