David Pagan

Before joining Top Tier, David worked at PWC for over seven years and focused on federal and state tax aspects of Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Real Estate investment structures. Prior to PWC, he spent two years working part-time as an accounting assistant while earning his double Bachelor's Degree in accounting and finance from the University of Puerto Rico. David recently became engaged to his high-school sweetheart who is studying to earn her Geographic Information System certificate in the pursuit of a career in environmental city planning. They both recently adopted a Corgi puppy, Eren. When not crunching numbers, David enjoys expressing his creativity through writing, composing for piano, or learning guitar, and working on his jazz and Latin standards. David is supporter of Oxfam America, San Francisco's Blue Bear School of Music, and City of Dreams.
