Kirk Oliver
Vice President
Kirk is a Vice President of Fundraising at Top Tier Capital Partners (TTCP). He has over a decade of experience in investor relations, product strategy, and client services and is responsible for capital formation.
Before joining TTCP in 2026, Kirk led fundraising and investor relations at EQUIAM, an emerging direct-secondaries venture manager based in San Francisco. He spent the early part of his career in institutional equity sales & trading at B. Riley Financial covering institutional asset managers across North America and abroad. Kirk holds a B.S. in Quantitative Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a CFA Level III candidate. Growing up in Colorado, Kirk is an avid snowboarder, a powerlifting hobbyist, and enjoys completing life’s side quests.
