Wes Peltzman

Prior to joining Top Tier, Wes worked for Cooley LLP in their fund formation practice, advising clients on formation and management company matters. Before attending law school, Wes operated various venture-backed early-stage startups.

Wes holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a B.A. in Communications from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Wes enjoys cooking for friends, playing basketball and pickleball, and attending concerts and live comedy shows. You’ll often find him exploring coastal trails with his wife and two rescue dogs.
