She is responsible for supporting various aspects of the firm’s internal business practices with an emphasis on process development, improvement, and scaling for growth. Prior to joining Top Tier, she was the Food and Beverage Manager at a high-end private yacht club supporting various aspects of the club’s business operations.
As Food and Beverage Manager, she was responsible for directing and overseeing all aspects of the organization’s food and beverage planning, service and execution for both their restaurant and catering facilities. Before that she was in operations at a small financial services firm in her hometown.
Danielle is a Bay Area native and graduated from the University of San Francisco with a degree in Finance.
She has also been volunteering with Guide Dogs for the Blind for several years and has assisted in implementing their e-commerce store, in addition to supporting other operational planning and development.
Danielle in her free time enjoys photography, hiking, traveling and tennis. She has always enjoyed makeup and hopes to start her own YouTube channel doing tutorials. Danielle’s favorite food is pizza especially deep-dish.
