Top Tier has implemented an ESG Policy in 2021 to fully integrate ESG into our investment process and align with our investor requirements around their ESG initiatives. We believe that incorporating the analysis of ESG factors can improve our investment returns and mitigate risks in our portfolios. We consider ESG factors in the investment decision-making process to protect and manage investments on behalf of our investors, as well as to identify opportunities they may create.

Our comprehensive ESG Policy will outline the goals, scope, roles and responsibilities, processes, and reporting related to ESG in our investment activity. The Policy will be available to investors and potential investors upon request.
