Prior to joining Top Tier, Damian was a part of the finance team at Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, an alternative investment manager specializing in private equity and hedge funds. Before that he spent 2 years at Solum Partners/Harvard Management Company with a focus in agriculture and farmland.
Damian graduated from the Northeastern University with a B.S. in business administration with a concentration in Finance. Throughout his life, he has resided in Los Angeles, Boston, and Austin with his eight-year-old Maltipoo named Minnie. In his spare time, he enjoys playing drums, racing his car on track, and watching sports.
