The investments noted on this page represent a sampling of the managers and portfolio companies in which vehicles managed by Top Tier Capital Partners, LLC (“TTCP”) has invested in from 2014 vintages to September 30, 2025 (the “Period”). A complete listing of all portfolio investments made during the Period, other than those subject to nondisclosure agreements, is available by emailing [email protected]. There can be no assurance that any investment will be profitable or that other investments made in the future will have similar characteristics or results. This list of portfolio company investments and fund managers is current as of the above date but is subject to change and as such may not reflect the most recent TTCP investments. With regard to Exits, the investments noted on this page represent a sampling of the portfolio companies in which vehicles managed by TTCP had directly invested in but have exited via the public markets, strategic acquisitions, secondary transactions or otherwise disposed of during the Period. Not all exits are profitable, and positions may be exited at a price that is greater or less than the price at which TTCP purchased or received its interest for TTCP vehicles.
