Pooja Sudhalkar

Prior to joining Top Tier, she was an HR Associate at Outforce LLC, an advisory firm that supported startup companies in their HR and finance functions. She supported multiple startups in their day-to-day HR needs, i.e., payroll, HRIS management, benefits enrollment, onboarding/offboarding, etc. She has over 4 years of experience in human resources. Pooja graduated from Chapman University with a B.S. in Business Administration and a minor in Leadership Studies. In her free time, she loves to travel, paint, do Pilates, and try new coffee shops/restaurants.
